On May 21, 2020, a meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer was held where the following resolutions were adopted:

1. To elect Sergey Nikolayevich Shishkarev as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer. 

2. To elect Petr Vasilyevich Baskakov as a Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer.

3. To recognize the following persons as independent members of the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer:
Sergey Anatolyevich Gushchin, Elena Akimovna Kunaeva, Steven Hellman, Irina Sergeevna Sheetkina. To recognize Irina Sergeevna Sheetkina as an independent Director.  

4.1. To elect the Strategy Committee of PJSC TransContainer as follows:
Sergey Nikolayevich Shishkarev;
Petr Vasilyevich Baskakov;
Ivan Sergeevich Besedin;
Aleksandrs Isurins;
Sergey Anatolyevich Gushchin;
Elena Akimovna Kunaeva;

4.2. To elect Sergey Nikolayevich Shishkarev as the Chairman of the Strategy Committee of PJSC TransContainer.

5.1. To elect the Audit Committee of PJSC TransContainer as follows:
Sergey Aleksandrovich Dolgov;
Ivan Sergeevich Besedin;
Sergey Anatolyevich Gushchin;
Elena Akimovna Kunaeva;
Dmitry Aleksandrovich Pankov.

5.2. To elect Sergey Aleksandrovich Dolgov as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of PJSC TransContainer.
6.1. To elect the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of PJSC TransContainer as follows:
Irina Sergeevna Sheetkina;
Petr Vasilyevich Baskakov;
Ivan Sergeevich Besedin;
Aleksandrs Isurins;
Dmitry Aleksandrovich Pankov.

6.2. To elect Irina Sergeevna Sheetkina as the Chairman of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of PJSC TransContainer.
