On January 31, 2020, a meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer was held by absentee ballots, where the following resolutions were adopted:

1. A list of companies controlled by PJSC TransContainer pursuant to Sub-clause 50 of Clause 15.1 of PJSC TransContainer Articles of Association was approved.

2. Provision of charitable assistance to ANO Ostrov Fortov for development of a design project for a tourist and recreational cluster at Pulkovo airport (Saint Petersburg) was approved.
