PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company) (TRCN), Russia's leading intermodal container transportation and logistics company, notifies that the materials for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") are now available at www.trcont.ru.

As announced on 15 April 2015, the AGM will take place on 24 June 2015, at 11.00 a.m. at Mariott Grand Hotel (Troitskiy-Kolomenskiy Hall), 26/1 Tverskaya Street, Moscow.
