Dividend payment notification

On 04 October, 2016 PJSC TransContainer (LSE: TRCN) (the "Company") paid out dividends to shareholders which consists of payments relating to 1) the non-distributed net profits from the previous period and 2) for the half year of 2016.

The total amount of dividends accrued on the Issuer's Shares amounts to 4,829,824,832.8 rubles.

Amount of dividend accrued on one Share: 347.6 rubles.

The amount of the dividends per depositary receipt: RUB 34.76.
