On 15 September 2014, JSC TransContainer ("TransContainer") (TRCN) was notified of the disposal of 2.5% of TransContainer's ordinary shares by CJSC Management Company TRANSFINGROUP on 5 September 2014. As a result of this, TRANSFINGROUP's shareholding in TransContainer stood at 8.67% as at 5 September 2014.
