Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

On 27 June 2016, the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer (TRCN) (the "Company") resolved to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") on 7 September 2016. The EGM will be held at the Company's offices, located at 19, Oruzheyniy pereulok, Moscow, at 11.00 a.m. (Moscow time).
The agenda for the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders comprises the following:
1) The early termination of the term of the current members of the Company's Board of Directors
2) The election of a new Board of Directors of the Company
The record date for shareholders entitled to participate in the EGM is 11 July 2016.Shareholders' nominations of candidates to the Board of Directors should be submitted no later than 1 August 2016.
A proposal regarding new Board members will be presented in a separate press release before the EGM. All the relevant information for the EGM will be available for shareholders at www.trcont.ru from 8 August 2016.
