PJSC “TransContainer” and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) today publishes unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the third quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2019, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS").

For the nine months of 2019 the Group’s net income increased by 57.8% the year on year and amounted to RUB 10,485 million. Net income margin improved from 29.6% for the nine months  of 2018 to 36.6% respectively. 

The total revenue of the Group for the nine months of 2019 was RUB 63,762 million, up 14.4% year on year. Adjusted revenue (revenue net of subcontractors’ charges) was up 27.7% year on year and amounted to RUB 28,614 million on the back of a growth in revenue-generating transportation volumes by 8.7% and favourable market conditions. At the same time, adjusted operating expenses (expenses net of subcontractors’ charges) grew just by 7.5% year on year to RUB 16,174 million due to the management’s efforts on cost optimisation.

As of 30 September 2019 the Group’s assets were RUB 75,465 million, total debt amounted RUB 11,750 million and was represented primarily by two outstanding Rouble-denominated bond issues .
