TransContainer increased number of profitable transportations by 6.4 percent  in compare with the same period of 2019. The revenue of the Company in the reporting period according to Russian accounting standards is 20 billion 519 million roubles, which is 6.7 percent higher compared to the corresponding balance for the same period of the previous year. The largest Russian container operator has disclosed the data in a financial statement according to Russian accounting standards for the first quarter of 2020.

“Despite negative economic trends at global markets including volatility, caused by COVID-19 pandemic, the Company has reached net income in the amount of 1 billion 712 million roubles. The factors connected with worsening of economic situation in the world have been taken into account when building up the strategy of the Company for quarters 2-4 of 2020,” - Pavel Skachkov financial director of TransContainer said.

As of March 31, 2020  the Company’s assets have made up 79 billion 540 million roubles. Along with that net assets of the Company have increased by 3.8 percent compared to the end of 2019 and have made up 46 billion 500 million roubles.
