The first container train of JSC TransContainer is running ahead of schedule to the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

On March 4, 2010, the container train of JSC TransContainer arrived at the Berkakit station of the Far Eastern Railway, sent on February 24, 2010 from the Moscow-Tovarnaya-Paveletskaya station of the Moscow Railway. The cargo was delivered to the first station of the route ahead of schedule by 14 hours, having covered a distance of 6,976 km in 7 days and 18 hours. The first group of containers was placed for unloading at the Berkakit station, the second group will continue on its way to the stations Aldan and Tommot (Yakutian Railways).

Arrival of the train at the Aldan station is expected on March 5, at the Tommot station – final destination – on March 6.

Recall that from February 24, 2010, OJSC TransContainer began organizing regular container trains to the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). On March 2, 2010, the second container train Yakutia was sent from Moscow, which, after two days of travel, is ahead of schedule by 8 hours.
