OJSC TransContainer signed a number of agreements with foreign partners

On June 1, 2011, as part of the VI 1,520 Strategic Partnership International Rail Business Forum in Sochi, the solemn signing of cooperation agreements between OJSC TransContainer and Kazakh and German partners took place.

The agreement on the creation of a joint venture to provide logistics services to automotive components suppliers and car manufacturers in the Kaluga Region was signed by General Director of JSC TransContainer Petr Baskakov and Chairman of the Board of DB Schenker Rail Automotive GmbH Axel Marshall.
The document regulates the actions of the parties to study the creation of an enterprise to provide logistics services to meet the demand of a growing number of suppliers of components and car manufacturers in the Kaluga Region.

An agreement on joint cooperation on the development of integrated logistics services in the field of freight traffic on the basis of Kedentransservice JSC was signed by General Director of JSC TransContainer Petr Baskakov and President of the JSC National Company Temir Zholy Kazakhstan Askar Mamin. 
The document details the agreements between the companies for joint business development of Kedentransservice JSC, the largest operator of a network of railway terminals in the Republic of Kazakhstan; establishes the procedure and way for the parties to create the conditions necessary for the dynamic development of the joint project.

JSC TransContainer traditionally takes part in the 1,520 Strategic Partnership International Railway Business Forum in Sochi. This year the forum is held from May 31 to June 2.
