JSC TransContainer announces the establishment of its subsidiary TransContainer Europe GmbH. This event is due to the strategic plans of the Company to increase the volume of international rail container traffic by means of geographic expansion of the business, including through the creation of subsidiaries abroad.

The main tasks of OJSC TransContainer Europe GmbH include:

• expanding the international presence of JSC TransContainer in promising segments of the container traffic market;
• development of long-term mutually beneficial cooperation with European partners to form a high-quality logistics service for customers;
• creation of conditions for the development of transit railway container traffic along the China-Europe route. The authorized capital of TransContainer Europe GmbH is 2,400,000 euros. Participation of JSC TransContainer in the authorized capital of the subsidiary: 100%.
