Certificate of trust to the employer is a document confirming that the organization is in full compliance with labour law.

The decision on awarding the West-Siberian branch of PJSC "TransContainer" with Trust Certificate was taken by the three parties: the Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Trade Unions and the State Labour Inspectorate. Representatives of the three parties signed the Certificate and their signatures confirmed that in tis organisation: wages are paid at a decent level and on time, labor relations are properly formalized, all statutory benefits are provided to all eligible persons , all work spaces are certified, there are no accidents at work and so on.

Certified employers are put into the special Register available on the website of any inspection.
