On 30 September, 2013 as part of the X International Investment Forum Sochi-2013 in Sochi there was an award ceremony held for winners of the ninth Contest of Annual Reports of Joint-Stock Companies in the Krasnodar Territory (hereinafter, the “Contest”).

The Administration of the Krasnodar Territory has held the Contest since 2004 to promote higher transparency and openness of the Russian companies and attract investors. So far more than 550 companies representing major industries including metallurgy, power industry, oil extraction and refining, agriculture, transportation and finance were up for the prize.

The Jury determined the winners in 15 categories. Each report was evaluated by members of the expert council on more than 20 indicators.

TransContainer won the I prize in the following nominations: Best Annual Report in Transport and Communication and Best level of information disclosure in the Annual Report

The representative of JSC "TransContainer" at the Contest Anatoly Koloboks thanked the administration of Krasnodar region for the professional organization of the event, as well as the Jury for the high evaluation of the Annual Report “Annual Report of the Company - a joint work of our staff and partners, focused primarily on the disclosure of the most complete information about the Company, effective communication with its shareholders, as well as on increase the investment attractiveness and reputation of the Company," - he added.
