Annual report of TransContainer OJSC is among the winners of the annual reports Expert RA X competition
On the November 14, 2013 the ceremony of awarding the Expert RA of the contest X winners for the annual reports was held within the annual practical conference “Annual report: leaders experience and the new standards.”
This year the competition hosted 172 companies from Russia and the near abroad representing most of the economy sectors, including oil producing, metallurgical, transport, financial, telecommunication, consumer sectors, etc.
TransContainer OJSC won the special nomination of the Russian Institute for Directors – “The best level of disclosure of corporate governance practices.”
Besides that, on the November 15, 2013 the annual Federal Investment Forum XVI summed up the federal contest of annual reports and corporate websites that was traditionally organized by the magazine “Securities Market” and the social network INVESTOR.RU.
The event was attended by 86 Russian and foreign companies.
Like last year, the company took the III place in the nomination “The best level of disclosure in the annual report of the issuer.”
