TransContainer was awarded with the II prize in one of the main nominations of the Contest ‘Best Disclosure in the Annual Report among companies with the capitalization of 10 to 100 billion rubles’. On November 18, 2011, an award show was held to honor winners of the XIV Annual Contest of Annual Reports. This year for the first time the Contest was sponsored by MICEX and RTS.

This year the Contest broke its record for the number of Russian and foreign participants (141 companies involved in almost all sectors of the economy including oil, metallurgic, transportation, financial, telecommunications, consumer and other).

The jury board of the Contest chose winners in such nominations as ‘Best Disclosure in the Annual Report’ among companies with the capitalization of up to 10 billion rubles, from 10 to 100 billion rubles, and over 100 billion rubles; ‘Best Disclosure for Clients’; ‘Best Interactive Report’, ‘Best Design and Polygraphy of the Annual Report’; ‘Best Presentation of Investment Attractiveness of the Company in the Annual Report’, and others.

The contest of annual reports has been delivered since 1998 to promote efficient disclosure of information for investors and clients.
