On 16 November 2012, the award ceremony was held in the framework of the XV Annual Reports Contest sponsored by MICEX.

This year the Contest broke its record for the number of Russian and foreign participants (155 companies from almost all sectors of economy including oil, metallurgy, transportation, finance, telecommunications, consumer and other).

The jury of the Contest chose winners in such nominations as ‘Best Disclosure of information in the Annual Report for companies with capitalisation of less than 10 billion rubles, from 10 to 100 billion rubles and over 100 billion rubles’; ‘Best Disclosure of information for Clients’; ‘Best Interactive Report’, ‘Best Design and Polygraphy of the Annual Report’; ‘Best Presentation of Investment Attractiveness of the Company in the Annual Report’, and other.

TransContainer was awarded with the I prize in one of the key nominations: ‘Best Disclosure in the Annual Report for companies with capitalisation of 10 to 100 billion rubles’. Last year TransContainer won II place in the same category.

The Annual Reports Contest has been held since 1998 to maintain high level of transparency of companies and facilitate efficient disclosure of information by companies for investors and clients.
