Starting from November 12, 2010, RTS OJSC and CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange begin trading in ordinary registered shares of OJSC TransContainer, included in the Quotation List “I ”
On November 12, 2010, trading in ordinary registered uncertified shares of JSC TransContainer began in the trading system of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange and the trading system of RTS OJSC. The par value of one share is 1,000 (one thousand) rubles, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-55194-E, dated May 11, 2006.
