On September 21, 2015 the Russian Institute of Directors confirmed the rating of corporate governance of PJSC TransContainer at the level 8 - "Thought Leadership of Corporate Governance" according to the scale of the National rating of corporate governance.

According to the Russian Institute of Directors the practice of corporate governance of PJSC TransContainer maintains such positive aspects as the broader powers of the Board of Directors of the Company in terms of making decisions on significant transactions; rotation policy and interaction with the external auditor in regard to his non-audit services; complex resolving of conflict of interests of the members of the Board of Directors and executive management; annual self-assessment of the activity of the Board of Directors and assessment with the involvement of an independent expert; approved regulatory and methodological framework of risk management; free access to financial and accounting statements of the Company prepared according to IAS and RAS for stakeholders; regular website update and implementation of social programs for employees of PJSC TransContainer and members of their families.

According to the scale of the National rating of corporate governance the company with the rating NRKU 8 meets the requirements of the Russian legislation in terms of corporate governance, follows the most of recommendations of the Russian Code of Corporate Conduct (a number of criteria were assessed following the recommendations of the new Code of Corporate Governance) and complies with a considerable number of recommendations of the global Thought Leadership of Corporate Governance. Risks of losses of owners related to the quality of corporate governance are insignificant.
