Now the Client is given facilities to declare goods electronically and submitting e-docs to any custom authority.
Customs clearance of goods can now be carried out both remotely on PARS (pre-arrival release system) basis and through detailed examination by custom inspectors of Chita Customs division located at the BSH.
BSH is equipped with modern devices such as X-rays scanners and mobile freight inspector posts, which makes the clearance procedure fast.
Any kind of vehicles can be treated at any zone of BSH, including indoor storage, temporary storages, custom examination areas.
Current BSH capacity is more than 500 vehicles per month. 
For perishable goods importers supervision, the office of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance and the laboratory of the Russian Centre for Plant Quarantine are available at the terminal.
The project of renovation of warehouse premises has been developed recently to carry out the quarantine inspection in winter season . This upgrade will allow custom clearance of perishable goods on all-year-round basis.
