JSC TransContainer has implemented Electronic Signature Service for its customers. This measure will optimise the workflow and fasten processing of the orders for transportation.

Customers will be able to use electronic signature during their work with online services. Those customers that have entered into an agreement with TransContainer for freig­ht-forwarding services will receive the key for remote access to personal account (flash-card with login and password) that allows to create online requests and get calculation of rates, arrange orders, check shipping process, review the personal account details and conditions of the agreement, receive invoices and tax invoices, certificates of rendered services. Additionally the system provides access to the archive of the processed orders and samples of template documents for making an order.

The use of personal account with individual electronic signature over the Internet minimises the time needed for the Company to process the order.

Electronic signature can be used for both the TransContainer’s and the Russian Railways’ online services systems.

The key for remote access is provided for unlimited time to customers based on the supplement agreement to the freight-fo­rwarding agreement. As of today TransContainer has provided keys to its customers at the Moscow, the Severnaya, the Kuibishevskaya, the Sverdlovskaya, the West-Siberian, the East-Siberian and the Dalnevostocnhy railways.
