OJSC TransContainer along with the sea line MSC launches new container train on the route Saint-Petersburg-Elabuga (Tikhonovo station at the Kuybishevskaya railway) for transportation of car components for Ford Sollers assembly plant. The train consists of the TransContainer’s flatcars with containers of MSC. First train with deemed length of 59 rail cars left the Atovo station of the Oktyabrskaya railway on 17 February 2013. Train running time is 4 days. 

In March 2013 the Company plans to dispatch 7 trains on the route Saint-Petersburg-Elabuga and in April 2013 the frequency should reach 10 trains a month.

The dispatch of the freight in container trains allows to provide complex services to clients as well as guaranty safe delivery of the freight.
