ОАО «ТрансКон­тейнер» запускает новый сервис по отправке грузов в крупнотоннажных контейнерах в составе контейнерного поезда Пермь – Санкт-Петербург.

TransContainer launched new container train for ISO containers delivery on the route Perm - Saint-Petersburg.

First train (57 flatcars length) departed in the end of 2013 from the Blochnaya station of the Sverdlovskaya railway to the destination point Avtovo of the Oktyabrskaya railway.
Estimated time of the route is 3 days and the length is 1,719 km.

Currently this service is provided on a regular basis. And the Company plans to increase the number of trains to four per month. The clients are provided with special prices for handling and storage of containers at the TransContainer’s terminal in the Perm city.

The shipping of freight in container trains sufficiently minimizes the time of delivery as well as optimizes costs for clients.
