JSC TransContainer bond issue series 04 (state registration number 4-04-55194-E) were included in the Lombard list of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as announced in the letter of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation N 43-T as of 21 March 2013. The letter was published in the Messenger of the Central Bank of Russia on 27 March 2013.

RUR 5 Billion five year amortised ruble bond issue series 04 was placed on 1 February 2013. The rate for 1-10 coupon is priced at 8.35% per annum with the coupon accrued from 1 February 2013 and a coupon period of 6 month. Redemption will occur in four equal installments paid on coupon dates starting from the 7th coupon. 

JSC TransContainer bond issue series 02 (state registration number 4-01-55194-Е) was also included in the Lombard list of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as per the letter of the Bank of Russia N 103-T as of 23 July 2010. 

JSC TransContainer bond issues series 02 and 04 are accepted by the Bank of Russia for repurchase agreements (repo).

The Lombard list of the Bank of Russia is a list of securities accepted by the Bank of Russia as collateral when providing secured loans to commercial banks. It includes the debt securities of the Russian Federation and its constituent entities as well as the leading companies of the country.
