Subscription of Memorandum of Cooperation between PJSC TransContainer and JSC Ulan Bator Railways has taken place within the scope of Strategic Partnership 1520 Forum in Sochi on June 7, 2017.

In accordance with the subscribed document the Parties are intended to actively develop international rail container transportations in order to attract additional volumes to routes through Russia and Mongolia. Moreover the Parties will take measures to optimize conditions and technologies of container transportations, among others by cooperation in the sphere of terminal and logistics network development.

The cooperation foresees active development of a through service in China-Mongolia-Russia and return directions and also enhancement of service technologies at Erenhot/Zamyn-Uud and Sukhe Bator/Naushki border crossing points in order to provide clients with quality service on the route and to reduce transit time of cargo delivery.

Damdinsuren Jigjidnyamaa, Head of Ulan Bator Railways, signed the document from the one part and Petr Baskakov, Director General of PJSC TransContainer, signed it from the other.
