On September 3, the Company completed the acquisition of 100% of Logistika-Terminal CJSC, the operator of one of the most advanced back-end container terminals.

From September 4, General Director of the branch of PJSC TransContainer on the Oktyabrskaya Railway, Dmitry Melnichuk, assumed the duties of General Director of Logistika-Terminal CJSC, and will hold both positions concurrently.

Dmitry Ivanovich Melnichuk

Born in 1975. In 1997 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Kaliningrad State Technical University.

Prior to joining the Company, he held various positions in transport, stevedoring and forwarding companies. Since 2011, he has been working in PJSC TransContainer, in 2015 he was appointed director of the branch on the Oktyabrskaya Railway.

The Sukhoi Port Logistika-Terminal CJSC is located in Shushary, 17 km from the Big Port St. Petersburg. The capacity is 200 thousand TEUs, it has more than 18.5 thousand square meters of storage space, including the area of a class “A” covered warehouse, 50 outlets for recharging refrigerated containers.

The main customers of the terminal are shipping line agents and forwarding companies.
