Today PJSC TransContainer (stock ticker: TRCN) and First Container Terminal JSC, a subsidiary of Global Ports Investments Plc, completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Logistika-Terminal CJSC, the operator of one of the most advanced rear container terminals in the North-West region of Russia. The transaction amounting to 1.9 billion rubles was paid in cash after receiving the necessary approvals from the regulatory authorities.

The specified transaction will allow the company to improve the quality of services provided in the field of intermodal container traffic and strengthen the market position of PJSC TransContainer.
