PJSC TransContainer announces the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders ("EGM"), held on 2 November 2016. The EGM approved the related-party transaction to sign the contract with PJSIC Ingosstrakh for the provision of liability insurance of directors, officers and companies of PJSC TransContainer.
