TransContainer OJSC has ranked among top three best companies in two categories at once: Best Annual Statement of Company with Authorization of Capital from RUR 10 up to RUR100 Bln and Best Disclosure of Corporate Governance in Annual Statement.

This year the competition has been arranged by Moscow Exchange together with Media Group RCB for the first time, and 149 companies from almost every economy sector: oil, metal, transport, finance, telecommunications, consumer, etc. took part in it.

Established in 1998, the competition has managed to become a unique platform to present corporate annual statements. Its purpose is to maintain high transparency of companies and contribute to good disclosure of information for investors and customers. The competition for the best annual statements is one of the key annual events in investor relations in Russia.
