PJSC "TransContainer" is included in the consolidated register of members of the Anticorruption Charter of Russian Business. Within two years from the date of joining the community the Company will submit to the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs the information on measures taken to prevent and fight against corruption.

Anticorruption Charter of Russian business was adopted on 20 September 2012 at the XI Investment Forum in Sochi, with the participation of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and signed by the heads of RSPP, the Russian Chamber of Commerce, Business Russia and OPORA Russia.

The basic idea of ​​the Charter is to introduce companies of special anti-corruption programs and practices that affect not only the situation in the Company, but also the relationships with business partners, and with the government bodies. The Charter proclaims the company should reject any preferences and obey procurement procedures based on open trade, financial control, personnel training, promoting law enforcement and other measures.

Adherence to the Charter is a milestone for the PJSC "TransContainer" in an effort to improve the system to counter corporate fraud and corruption and at the same time increases the confidence in the company by investors, customers, partners and other interested parties.
