PJSC TransContainer of Delo Group launches regular service from Moscow to Kaliningrad providing for dispatches every Friday.

The block train consisting of the Company’s 57 wagons was dispatched from Tuchkovo station (Moscow region) on July 9 and arrived at Kaliningrad-Sortirovochny station on July 12. The route runs through Belarus and Lithuania, the transit time is 3 days.

The service ensures smooth delivery on a strict schedule as well as short terms of transportation due to quick passing through the border-crossing points. The cargo flow is mainly made up of construction materials and consumer goods to be traded via retail chains and also equipment required by processing industry enterprises.

“The routes network expansion is one of our priorities. We expect the competitive price and high-speed delivery of the new service to contribute to the switch the mode of cargo transportation between Moscow and Kaliningrad from trucks to railways,” noted Nikita Pushkarev, Sales and Customer Service Director of PJSC TransContainer.
