PJSC TransContainer of Delo Group and FC Otkritie Bank (PJSC Financial Corporation Otkritie Bank) have concluded a contract on opening of a revolving credit line up to 5 billion rubles for a three-year period. 

The document was signed by Pavel Skachkov, Vice-President for Economics and Finance (CFO) of TransContainer, and Andrey Karasev, Senior Vice-President, Director of Corporate Business Department of Otkritie Bank, within the framework of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

“We are happy to extend our cooperation with Otkritie Bank. The contract signing will ensure additional liquidity cushion for more flexible management of TransContainer’s cashflow,” informed Pavel Skachkov.

As Andrey Karasev noted, TransContainer is already a client of Otkritie Group. “We welcome the new stage of cooperation with the leading operator of railway container transportation and we are looking for an opportunity for further cooperation extension. This partnership will allow us to expand presence of Otkritie Bank in the transportation industry,” he added.
