First TransContainer Employees’ Families Got 1 Million Roubles Within Baby Bonus Project
The first three large families of TransContainer employees got one-million-roubles bonus within the corporate program to increase the birth rate and support motherhood and childhood.
The payments were made to the families from Saratov (Saratov Region) and Danilov (Yaroslavl Region) and Kislovskoe village (Sverdlovsk Region). Employees from Saratov and Kislovskoe village became parents for the third time, while employees from Danilov – for the fourth time.
TransContainer of Delo Group launched the demographic project on International Children's Day on June 1, 2022 at the initiative of Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors. The project corresponds to the goals of the national project "Demography" and is aimed at supporting families with children and improving the demographic situation in Russia.
The program includes a set of measures to improve the quality of life of TransContainer employees' families; in particular, it provides for a one-time payment of one million roubles for the birth of the third child and every next baby. It also provides for additional payments for sick leave during pregnancy and upon early termination of maternity leave, increased compensation for kindergartens, and children’s camps vouchers, and the VHI program has also been expanded.
