TransContainer Will Cooperate with Novik Logistic in Organizing Transportation between Kaliningrad and Moscow

PJSC TransContainer of Delo Group has signed an agreement of cooperation in developing transportation between Kaliningrad and Moscow with the logistics operator Novik Logistic LLC (part of Novik Group, which, together with Russian Railways, manages large terminal and logistics center "East-West" in Kaliningrad region).

The respective document was signed at the international exhibition TransRussia 2022 by Aleksandr Isurin, President of PJSC TransContainer, and Sergey Osharskiy, General Director of Novik Logistic LLC.

The parties intend to create and promote a joint service for cargo transportation by block trains on the route Chernyakhovsk (Kaliningrad region) - Bely Rast (Moscow region) and backwards. Within the framework of cooperation, TransContainer will arrange railway transportation and provide its own containers and platforms. Novik Logistic will be engaged in forwarding and attracting additional volumes of cargo, organizing the "first" and the "last" mile transportation, as well as arranging containers storage at the terminals of Chernyakhovsk and Bely Rast stations.

“The new joint service with Novik Logistic will allow customers to dispatch their cargo according to a fixed schedule and at an attractive price. Thanks to the TLC “East-West” operating in Kaliningrad region, cooperation with our partner will allow us to develop new projects and increase transportation volumes in traffic with the westernmost region of Russia,” said Aleksandr Isurin.

“At this challenging time, we are integrating our logistics capacities with those of TransContainer in order to strengthen the transport security of Kaliningrad region and meet the current demand of our customers. It is important not only to provide high-quality and reliable service, but also to do it on the most convenient terms for consignors and consignees,” noted Sergey Osharskiy.
