PJSC TransContainer (part of Delo Group) and United Confectioners holding company, one of Russia’s largest confectionery enterprises, reached an agreement on cooperation in the arrangement of deliveries of cocoa beans and other products necessary to manufacture the holding company’s products.

The relevant document within the framework of the Transport Week 2022 Forum was signed by Viktor Markov, Director of TransContainer, and Alexei Orlov, Managing Director of United Confectioners holding company.

In accordance with the memorandum, TransContainer will ensure end-to-end service related to product delivery from different locations for the holding company. United Confectioners, in turn, intends to expand cooperation geography and interact intensively with TransContainer in transportation from Turkey, India and the countries of the Asia Pacific region using the existing services.

“We strive for fruitful joint efforts and are confident that the availability of proprietary assets, extensive geography of services and experience in dealing with large importers will allow TransContainer to become a reliable partner for United Confectioners holding company. Even today we’re willing to offer our partners new and effective transport solutions, that give due regard to global changes in the logistics market,” Viktor Markov noted.

“TransContainer boasts a number of indisputable benefits in logistic services and is in a position to offer the service our company needs. We’re interested in ensuring continuous transportation and delivery of raw materials from different countries even in the existing environment, and TransContainer has the necessary competencies, resource, and potential to develop future cooperation,” Alexei Orlov commented.
