On 15 April 2016, PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer") (TRCN) was notified that the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development has sold its full shareholding in TransContainer. The deal was closed on 06 April 2016.

About TransContainer

TransContainer (LSE ticker: TRCN) is the leading intermodal container transportation company in Russia with a market share of approximately 47%.
