TransContainer reverses its decision to dispose of its interest in JSC Kedentransservice     

Public Joint Stock Company TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN) announces that, on 25 September 2015, its Board of Directors cancelled its decision to dispose of the Company's 50% equity stake in Logistic System Management B.V. to JSC National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy ("KTZ"). This reverses a decision taken on 18 February 2015 when it approved the disposal of the equity stake.

Logistic System Management B.V. controls 100% of the share capital of JSC Kedentransservice, a leading Kazakhstan rail container and terminal operator.
