Export of food and agricultural products to China

PJSC "TransContainer" is glad to inform You that in public policies to support the export of finished products the government of the Russian Federation adopted a Resolution dated 15 September 2017 No. 1104 "On granting subsidies from the Federal budget to the Russian organizations on compensation of part of expenses on transportation of agricultural and food products land in the railway transport" (hereinafter – Decree).
With the adoption of the Resolution the decision of the Russian organization can offset some of their transportation costs when exporting finished products, including in China.
What amount of compensation available to exporters?
- The amount of compensation is up to 50% of actually incurred costs (within the limits set for different types of containers) and must not exceed 50% of the value of transported agricultural and food products.
How to calculate compensation for Russian exporters?
- The exact formula for calculating the amount of compensation, the code List of products in respect of which compensation, and other conditions of receipt are contained in the Rules of granting subsidies from the Federal budget to the Russian organizations on compensation of part of expenses on transportation of agricultural and food products land, including railway transport, approved by the Resolution.
When you want to apply for compensation?
- The deadline to compensation to JSC "Russian export center" - December 5, 2017, inclusive. On all deliveries of agricultural and food products, which will begin after December 5, 2017, exporters will be able to apply for compensation in 2018.
Who provides compensation to a Russian exporter?
- According to the Decision Agent of the Government of the Russian Federation on granting subsidies from the Federal budget is JSC "Russian export center."
