Dear customers! We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the new version of the transport expedition agreement will come into force on January 12, 2026.
Please note that due to the change from January 1, 2026 in the VAT tax rate from 20% to 22%, it may be necessary to pay additionally for transport forwarding services provided, taxed at the VAT rate specified in paragraph 3 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Changes have been made to clauses 5.7 and 6.19 of the General Conditions due to the increase in the general VAT rate from 20% to 22%.
For your convenience, the text of the changes to the General Conditions is provided in the attached file in the editing mode.
