JSC TransContainer published today its consolidated IFRS accounts for six months ended 30 June 2012.

Company’s total revenue increased by 27.3% to RUR 17,570 million as compared to the same period of 2011, operating income grew by 67.7% to RUR 3,758 million, EBITDA amounted to RUR 5,311 million, up 54.1% year on year.

Profit for the period for the six months ended 30 June 2012 almost doubled to RUR 2,744 million.

Company’s total assets were RUR 44,550 million as of 30 June 2012.

An increase in both scale and profitability of the  business of JSC TransContainer resulted mainly from Company’s effective cost management and sales efforts amid continuing growth of the container transportation market.

Since 2011, TransContainer’s IFRS accounts consolidate also financial results of JSC Kedentransservice.
