JSC TransContainer notifies of a change in the terms of the open tender No. 1/2012 contained in the notice published in the Vedomosti newspaper dated March 6, 2012. No. 40 and the Gudok newspaper dated March 6, 2012 Number 37.

The customer made changes to the terms of settlements for the supply of cars. In addition to the payment method previously provided for in the tender documentation without an advance payment upon the acceptance of cars by the Customer, it is allowed to include in the delivery agreement the conditions for the advance payment of the Customer in the amount of 10% of the cost of all delivered cars. Payment of the remaining part of the funds in this case will be carried out upon acceptance of the cars by the Customer.  In order to include this condition in the supply agreement, the person with, whom this agreement will be concluded, is required to submit a bank guarantee to the Customer. The conditions of the bank guarantee, the terms and procedure for its provision, as well as the list of banks are determined by the tender documentation.

Tender documentation can also be obtained from JSC TransContainer at the address: 19, Oruzheyniy Pereulok, room 313, Moscow. No documentation fee is charged.

Open tender No. 1/2012 may be terminated at any time before the summing up of the tender by the Customer’s Tender Committee and the decision on the selection of the winner of the Tender without explanation. The customer does not bear any responsibility to any persons, to whom such an action may cause losses.

The subject matter of open tender No. 1/2012, the notice of the Tender and the tender documentation may be amended and supplemented at any time, but no later than five (5) business days before the deadline for the submission of tender applications.
