TransContainer places П02-02 series exchange bonds with floating coupon worth of 9.5 bln rubles as a public subscription. A book building was held on the 13th of November, 2025. Closing benchmark yield is 250 basis points to the Bank of Russia key rate level.

The circulation period of securities is 3 years. Coupon period is 30 days. The technical placement is appointed on the 18th of November.

Previously this November Expert RA has confirmed issuer’s and securities’ credit rating at high ruAA- level.

Is it the second time TransContainer places bonds with floating coupon at stock exchange. In August 2024 the company has placed three-year bonds with monthly coupon worth of 27 bln rubles.

Both placements were made in the framework of a П02-БО series bond program worth of 100 bln rubles (or of an equivalent in a foreign currency) which was registered in February 2023.
