On 27 November 2012 the award ceremony Automotive Supply Chain Global Awards 2012 took place in Frankfurt am Main. The ceremony is held by Automotive Supply Chain magazine – an acknowledged leader in specialised media market. The nominees’ list included such well known European companies as DB Schenker, TNT, LKW WALTER, Penske Corporation, Autologic, Sovereign Logistics Inc., Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, K-Line, Mann Lines, Glovis, Ceva Logistic and others.
JSC TransContainer was announced best in nomination ‘The Rail Company’.
Furthermore the leading manufacturers of light commercial vehicles took part in the contest such as Daimler, Honda, Mazda, Jaguar Land Rover, Hyundai, General Motors, BMW, FIAT, Toyota, MAN, Volvo and GAZ Group – a fact that testifies for high level of the award as well as its credibility in the specialised market.
Dmitry Bulaenko, Director for Sales of JSC TransContainer, highlighted that transportation of automobile components is one of the priorities of the Company’s business. Among the Company’s clients are recognised manufacturers such as BMW, Volkswagen, Peugeot-Citroen, General Motors, SsangYong, KIA, Great Wall, Foton, BAW.
