JSC TransContainer 01 issue bonds (State registration number 4-01-55194-E) were included in Lombard list of the Bank of Russia. The Company was notified of the fact by a letter of the Bank of Russia received by the Company on 11 March 2009.

JSC TransContainer 01 bond issue was placed in March 2008. The issue was totally worth 3 billion roubles. The maturity date of the first offering is 13 March 2009. The rate for the first and second coupons was set at 9.5% a year, whereas for the third and fourth coupons the company fixed 16.5% annual rate. The maturity date for the second offering is 12 March 2010.

The Lombard list of the Bank of Russia is a list of the securities the Bank of Russia accepts as collateral when extending a Lombard loan.
