Today, Moody’s Investors Service informed that it assigned Ba2 international credit rating and Aa2 national credit rating to JSC TransContainer. The forecast for both ratings is “Stable”.

According to the agency, this rating shows:

• The company’s stable leadership in the rail transportation market which has potential of long-term growth
• Certain level of support by JSC RZD
• Low indebtedness and good fundamentals
• Sufficient investment flexibility contingent on market situation and capital accessibility

This is the second international credit rating of the company. Earlier it was given ВВ+ international credit rating and АА (Rus) national credit rating by Fitch Ratings.
