The Board of Directors of OJSC TransContainer has taken a decision to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the company, to take place on 25 September and to be attended by all shareholders.

It is expected that the restated Regulations on the Payment to the Members of the Board of Directors of OJSC TransContainer of Remuneration and Compensation will be approved at the meeting, and that amendments and addenda will be introduced to the company’s Articles of Association.
