By a resolution of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange on November 2, 2010, Series 02 bonds of JSC TransContainer were reclassified from Quotation List B to Quotation List A of the first level (list A1). 

List A1 includes the most liquid securities of issuers with a stable financial position, a high level of corporate governance and international credit rating. Pension funds and insurance companies have the right to purchase bonds included in the quotation list not lower than A1 level. 

The inclusion of bonds of JSC TransContainer in the A1 Quotation List will make them available to the widest possible circle of investors and will positively affect the liquidity of securities.

On May 6, 2010, the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia carried out state registration of the issue of certified interest-bearing bearer non-convertible bonds subject to mandatory deposit of 02 series.

The Series 02 bonds (state registration number 4-02-55194-Е) were placed by the issuer by open subscription on June 10, 2010 on CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange. 

During the placement, 3,000,000 (three million) bonds were placed with a par value of 1,000 (one thousand) rubles each, with a total issue volume of 3,000,000,000 (three billion) rubles. Bonds were placed during one trading session. The percentage of bonds placed was 100% (one hundred) percent.

The aggregate par value of placed Series 02 bonds (state registration number 4-02-55194-Е) is ten point twelve hundredths (10.12%) of the carrying value of the issuer’s assets as of June 30, 2010.

To date, 2 bond loans of JSC TransContainer for a total amount of 6 billion rubles are traded on MICEX Stock Exchange. Both issues are included in Quotation List “A” of the first level. All bond issues of JSC TransContainer are included in the Lombard List of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
