Due to recent media reports, JSC TransContainer and FESCO Transport Group consider it necessary to report the following.

JSC TransContainer and FESCO Transport Group have experience in long-term mutually beneficial cooperation to the benefit of customers of both companies. In particular, between JSC TransContainer and FESCO group companies, including FESCO Integrated Transport, a number of freight forwarding services agreements have been concluded, in accordance with which JSC TransContainer provides services for railway transportation and handling of containers owned by FIT on its terminals. For its part, FIT carries out sea transportation in cabotage and export-import communication of containers forwarded by JSC TransContainer. At the same time, the existing contractual relations do not explicitly imply either the merger of rolling stock or other assets, or the creation of alliances.

These agreements were concluded during 2010-2011, are regularly renegotiated and are elements of standard practice in the formation of an integrated transport service. JSC TransContainer and FESCO Transport Group have similar agreements with other participants in the transport market.
