PJSC TransContainer (part of Delo Group) together with Polar Star LLC develop transportation of crab in reefers from Murmansk and Arkhangelsk to the Republic of Korea, China, Vietnam and Japan.

For the test shipment, the cargo in containers arrived from Murmansk at Shushary station and was dispatched to Nakhodka station as part of a block train. After transshipment at the terminal of Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company (part of Delo Group), the containers were shipped by sea to the Korean port of Busan. In total, more than 60 reefers were shipped along this route in October.

Regular shipments of crab from Arkhangelsk are also in process: the cargo is delivered to Moscow in reefers and then shipped from Selyatino station to Ugolnaya station of Dalnevostochnaya Railway as part of block trains. Further it is dispatched from the Far Eastern ports to final destinations in Japan, China, Republic of Korea and Vietnam.

Within the framework of this transportation PJSC TransContainer provides rolling stock and JSC Logistika-Terminal’s facilities, Polar Star LLC provides reefers and ensures temperature control at all stages of transportation using.

In the future it is planned to arrange for test shipments from Arkhangelsk-Gorod terminal of PJSC TransContainer's branch at Severnaya Railway.
