Nominations and Remuneration Committee

The Human Resources and Compensation Committee prepares recommendations for the Board of Directors relating to development of the system of compensations for the members of the Board of Directors, members of the Committees of the Board of Directors and Managers of the Company.  In addition, the Committee considers the candidates for the Board of Directors and the Company’s Director General, and determines the criteria assessing performance of the Company’s

Managers according to the key performance indicators.
